This Thursday, January 14, 2021, is National Dress Up Your Pet Day. The City of Pasco and Bleyhl Co-op are sponsoring a photo opportunity at their Critter Club now through noon on January 14th.
Take your house pet to Bleyhl Co-op during business hours, Monday - Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and find their sign with the QR code in the bottom corner, scan it and that will take you to a form to complete. Next, take a photo with your pet in front of their sign. Once complete, pick up your coupon for a DIY pet wash and get entered into a drawing to win one of two $25 gift certificates to shop at Blehyl Co-op.
Tips for dressing up your pet:
- If your pet just doesn’t like dressing up, let them sit this holiday out.
- Be sure it fits. Restricting movement or ability to breathe can cause injury or illness.
- Many pets like to chew. Avoid loose or dangling pieces which can cause choking hazards.
The winners will be announced on Facebook Live at 4:30 p.m. on January 14th.
Bleyhl Co-op's Critter Club is a great destination for washing your pet. Their raised tubs and water-proof aprons keep pet parents dry, while convenient leash clips allow you to keep your pet groomed without a trip to the groomer and without the wet mess to clean up at home. All washes include the use of a wash bay, shampoo, the dry station and a brush.
