No person shall drive any motor vehicle with any sign, poster, or other nontransparent material upon the front windshield, side wings, or side or rear windows of such vehicle which obstructs the driver's clear view of the highway or any intersecting highway.

I worked with a guy who would use a credit card to clear his windshield. We always joked about it. NO GOOD. If you need a snow scraper, I have you covered. It's also good to have a winter survival kit in your vehicle. You know, the basics, gloves, hat, blanket, phone charger, etc. I need to get on that. You should too.
