Police Looking Man With ‘509’ Face Tattoo

Some people love their city enough to rep it forever, literally.

Kennewick Police are looking for Lewis Gebbie, age 24. He should be easy to spot, he has '509' tattooed on his face. He also has tattoos on both sides of his neck.

He's wanted for failure to appear in court. His charges include 2nd degree burglary and 4th degree assault.
