Police Return Expensive Toy Stolen From Two Year Old

I'm not sure of all the details but apparently some loser stole a little kids I-Pad at the Kennewick Walmart.

According to a post on Pasco Police Department's Facebook Office Peoples located the missing device and returned it to the rightful owners!
