Reddit Users Help Washington Troopers Make Arrest

Washington State Patrol have made an arrest of a suspect in a fatal hit and run.

Sounds like a normal day. Except, help came from an unlikely place.

WSP posted to Reddit to ask if anyone could identify a broken car part at the scene of the crime.

It worked! The 1986 black Chevy truck and its 37 year-old driver were found.

The man admitted to striking the grandmother, who died.

The woman was riding a bicycle and was found at the scene.
