Richland High Teacher Arrested for Molestation Allegations

Allegations have come from several female students at Richland High School who claim the teacher, John Bittenger, has been touchy-feely, staring at students breasts and looked up a student's dress. A 14 year old girl was allegedly assaulted by the teacher. Bittenger denies these allegations. Richland School District said in a statement that Mr. Bittenger has been placed on paid administrative leave while the investigation continues.
