Attempt to identify 18-15897 Doorstep package thieves. If you know of these two, the alleged theft occurred on July 11, 2018 in the 200 block of Falley, please contact Ofc. Ed Garica at egarcia@ci.richland.wa.us or non emergency radio at 509-628-0333 with any information.
