From its genesis, beginning in March of 2019, and now boasting a total of over 3000 residents signed up in 20 months time, Richland's Community and Police Groups are flourishing and are helping the police and overall community get more neighborly and hence, stay safer.

Richland's Community and Police Groups count 8 strong, spread out over 3 specifically sectioned districts to help the residents in each of the eight groups to get to know one another, especially during these times when we many need each other just a little bit more.

Using the Richland PD Facebook page, C.A.P. Groups are intended to encourage information sharing between neighbors and the RPD. The links will help to determine which group is yours and then you can request to join by clicking on the link for the group. Be sure to reply to a member question so that you can be added.
