Richland Tornado Lands at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday 3/31

Weather experts are calling this tornado a "landspout" tornado. Landspouts are generally a weak funnel formation full of condensation and generally cause little damage, if any. According to reports, there were not many actual structures near where the tornado touched down and it may have crossed the Columbia River into Franklin County.
