It's still a ways off, but June 4th is a date to keep in mind for some fun in the sun, fresh veggies, and good eats. Richland's Farmers Market is scheduled to open for the first time in 2021, and if you've never been, you're missing out. There's a huge variety of fresh fruits and veggies as you might imagine, but it's also a great place for lunch. Live music will be featured while you enjoy your meal, or shop for meats and baked goods. Local wines and spirits will be featured also.

The Richland Farmers Market is located between George Washinton Way and Jadwin Blve. on Lee Blve. There are plenty of places to park...John Dam Plaza, the Federal Bldg., 3 Margaritas, or Howard Amon Park. Hours are 9 a.m.-1 p.m.

The Richland Parkway Improvement Assoc. runs the event, mostly with volunteers and is a non-profit organization. If you'd like to become a vendor, applications are due by 3/31/21. Get details HERE.
