While some folks are sitting on their hands waiting for things to get back to 'normal', this college student decided to get busy and create a new business. Peyton Curtis left the family ranch in Ritzville to attend college. Then the pandemic hit and she found herself back home. That's when she came up with the great idea of ranch-to-table boxed beef. You can buy hamburger, steaks, brisket and roasts and they'll deliver anywhere in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana.
