Rolled Car Snarls Rush Hour Traffic on Blue Bridge Onramp in Pasco

A collision at the intersection of Lewis Street and 28th Street in Pasco slowed evening commuters trying to cross the Blue Bridge.Pasco police were unavailable for comment, but the collision rolled one vehicle onto its side adjacent to the KEPR TV studios. The other car remained in the intersection.
