Russell Wilson Gets Standing Ovation…After Striking Out

Down 4-2 to the Atlanta Braves, the New York Yankees sent their newest prize to the plate. Wilson was traded to the Yanks from the Texas Rangers a little while ago.

He had previously been a member of the Colorado Rockies as a minor league prospect, playing for the Tri-City Dust Devils in 2010.

Wilson would strike out, and was honored with a standing ovation during spring training today.
