Shooting on Clearwater Suspects Busted
Kennewick Police were pleased to announce the arrest today of three men ages 19, 19 and 25 in connection with a shooting on the 2600 block of Clearwater Avenue yesterday.
Witness descriptions and commercial surveillance cameras allowed police to identify a vehicle of interest, and after a few hours of searching, officers found that vehicle with the three suspects inside.
A gun was also found in the car.
The men are charged with "Drive-By Shooting" but police are not clear who they were shooting at, or if they hit anyone. Sometimes if gang activity is the motive victims don't come forward to testify against assailants.
I used to cross through that neighborhood as a child visiting my dad's office on Vista Way. It's good to know if someone commits violence there police are able to track them down in mere hours.
