Irina Shayk is the New SI Swimsuit Cover Girl [VIDEO]

Even before the big announcement was made last night on the Late Show With David Letterman, word that Russian beauty Irina Shayk is the cover girl for Sports Illustrated's 2001 Swimsuit Edition had hit the streets -- literally.

The billboard sporting the cover was unveiled for a few minutes yesterday so the Letterman crew could tape footage of it. That was long enough for Rana Wardlaw to shoot a picture and tweet it.
