Smell of Pot Gets Teen Girl Arrested for Warrant

Kennewick police officers found some folks hanging out after hours at a park. All three people were under the age of 21. Officers could smell weed so they did a search. When they searched the car, they could see a bag of weed in the backseat. A 20 year-old man was criminally cited for possession of marijuana. A 17 year-old female was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
