Spokane Man Shoots Wife, Kids Sue Him for Not Saving Her

A Spokane man is being sued for wrongful death by his adopted children after accidentally shooting and killing his wife. 

The man was allegedly cleaning his glock, which he deemed to not be working right. He accidentally shot his nearby wife in the chest. The shooting had been ruled an accident. Allegedly, there were no efforts made to save her, including CPR. The woman's children are suing him for wrongful death after the 2016 incident.

The man had previously served in the military and was a reserve deputy.
