Spring Cleaners, Heads Up – Kennewick Transfer Station Closing Soon

The Kennewick Transfer Station will be closed for a few months so they can do maintenance starting on February 24th.

Spring Cleaners can still use the recycling center, it will remain open.

The transfer station generally accepts yard waste, garbage, furniture, and small home repair and remodeling debris so that portion will be closed until May 1st.

The transfer station is located 2627 Ely Street in Kennewick and the plan is for the station to be closed from February 24th to May 1st as crews will be installing a new massive trash compactor.
