Star Spangled Banner Cymbal Fail Turned Into Win [VIDEO]

Normally when you see a video on the internet showing a National Anthem performance the singer is screwing up the lyrics. Not this time around. In this video of a middle school band performing the Star Spangled Banner, the cymbal player was hitting his part of the booom-chhh like he was born to play it. Then disaster strikes as the cymbal handle breaks off in his hand. At first he has no idea how to act, panicking for a slight moment. He then makes the best of the situation with some quick, patriotic thinking. Well played, kid.
