Earlier this year, Jackass legend Steve-O felt like Jackass 4 would never happen. However, in an exclusive interview with Loudwire, the lovable stuntman has changed his tune, revealing Jackass 4 will happen as soon as Johnny Knoxville commits to the project.

When originally asked about the likelihood of Jackass 4 ever coming out by Graham Bensinger, Steve replied, “I would say, it’s not.” Fans put away their anticipation for another sequel, until Loudwire interviewed Raab Himself. Raab claimed the Jackass crew members he’s interviewed on his Bathroom Break podcast (Bam Margera, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Weeman, Dave England, Danger Ehren, Rake Yohn, Rick Kosick and Jeff Tremaine) seem interested in making another movie.

Steve-O dropped by Loudwire’s studio yesterday (July 22) to talk about his Bucket List comedy tour, addressing his skepticism for a fourth Jackass movie.

“The Jackass 4 question … I just felt that Knoxville, for some reason, just wasn’t up for it. Then there’s the health of certain people, which I think is a concern as well. Of course, there’s our age. Maybe the ship has sailed, but I can’t say with certainty that I feel that way anymore,” Steve says.

“We’re approaching the 20-year anniversary of when Jackass first came out on MTV. I do know that there’s an urge, an idea to commemorate that anniversary in some way. It could be small, it could be big. I don’t know what’s going to happen.”

Steve-O also addressed Raab’s belief that Jackass 4 was ultimately up to Johnny Knoxville, director Jeff Tremaine and co-creator Spike Jonze. “I think that’s fair to say,” Steve agreed. “I think the person, mostly, is Knoxville.”
