TC Mom Teaching Teen Daughter to Shoplift?

Kennewick Police worked closely with loss prevention at JC Penney to nab a mom and daughter duo for shoplifting.

The mother, 42, and her 16 year-old daughter were both charged with shoplifting, while the mother also got an additional charge for failure to supervise her juvenile daughter.
