Teen Willing to Shoot Someone for a Vape

Look, I know what it's like to have a major nicotine urge. But this nicoteenager crossed the line when he pulled a gun on another teen looking to sell a device. That's why Pasco Police want to talk to this young person. No word on if the police are offering up a nicotine patch to help stave off cravings. It all happened earlier today at Fiesta Foods. Nobody was hurt, but there are still consequences that are needing to be delivered. Police describe the gunman as being a "young Hispanic boy" wearing a black sweatshirt.
