The Kennewick River Of Fire Fireworks Show Is Back With a 2022 Major Change
Exciting news as the River Of Fire Fireworks show is set to blast off again on Monday, July 4th, 2022.
The big change this year is that the fireworks will be back on the barge and it's an exciting change back to the barge shows of years gone by.
The River of Fire Festival had to discontinue the use of the barge back in 2018 and it's been missed by attendees for the past few years but the good news this year is that the barge is back thanks to VenuWorks.
A press release from the River of River Festival describes the 2022 River Of Fire event:
A staple of the region for more than 30 years, the River of Fire Festival returns to Columbia Park for its annual 4th of July festivities and fireworks display.
This year’s activities include a kids zone, food truck alley, beer garden, and live entertainment provided by Fast Lane and Stomping Ground. Parking opens to the public at noon and the fireworks display from the barge starts at 10 pm.
This community event is brought to by Gesa Credit Union, Legends Casino Hotel, Bruce Mechanical Heating & Air, City of Kennewick, and VenuWorks. More information will be released as it becomes available at www.riveroffirefest.com and on the River of Fire Festival Facebook page.
One of the Tri-Cities premier events is coming back to the barge and it'll be a welcome change for attendees at the event.
