Tri-Citians Furious Man Allegedly Shot Puppy
A Pasco family is left in shock after finding their six month-old puppy lying in the dirt, after being shot in the face. Koda was put down later that day.
They claim their neighbor, Paul shot the puppy after she ventured into his property.
The Torres family claims their neighbor has shot two more dogs and a peacock that belonged to other neighbors. Fernando Torres added, "I don't understand what he's trying to protect from a peacock."
