Tumbleweeds Broken Into This Morning Do You Recognize Him?

One of my favorite local restaurant Tumbleweeds in Richland was broken into this morning and they need your help identifying the LOSER who broke into their business at approximately 4 A.M. Not much was taken I'm thinking this guy really wanted a Taco, sadly this local Ma & Pa business will have to pay to replace the broken window and clean up the mess...
