The Old Kennewick Bed Bath & Beyond is Transforming Into an Adventure Park
That big empty Bed Bath & Beyond space has been sitting dark, but will soon be a lot more exciting than bath towels and kitchen gadgets.

Urban Air Adventure Park is coming to Kennewick, and it is going to be massive.
The Details of the New Urban Air Adventure Park in Kennewick
The 31,000-square-foot space at 1220 N Columbia Center Boulevard is right next to TJ Maxx. Current construction is transforming it into a full-scale indoor adventure park. We are not talking about a basic trampoline gym, but a different level of entertainment.
Expect wall-to-wall trampolines, warrior courses, climbing walls, foam pits, obstacle courses, adventure slides, and a dedicated Kids Zone specifically designed for children under 5. Day passes, monthly memberships, and birthday party packages will all be available when they open.
The owners secured a Kennewick business license and incorporated as Let Em Fly Inc. The City of Kennewick has also authorized over $2 million in building permits and sign approvals for the renovation.
When Does It Open?
An exact opening date has not been announced yet, but the official word is fall 2026, and construction and renovations are underway right now.
This is not a local startup. Urban Air Adventure Park operates over 400 locations across the United States with additional parks internationally. It is one of the largest indoor adventure park chains in the country, which means Kennewick is getting a proven concept with serious resources behind it.
