Washington Lottery Scratch Ticket Thief Sought By Kennewick Police

Kennewick police need your help locating a heavily tatted, Assassin's Creed hat wearing perpetrator, who's accused of reaching over the counter and swiping a bunch of Washington's Lottery Scratch Tickets. It happened about 11:40 this morning at the convenience store at 528 S. Ely St. in Kennewick. Surveillance photos clearly show the reach over and swipe.

What the silly boy, with heavy tattoos on both arms and a gray Assassins Creed hat on his melon fails to realize, is that his stolen strings of would-be winners all have tracking numbers so it's quite easy to render a winner, not a winner, inoperable, with the touch of a button. Any winners, ain't winners anyways.

Find him, turn him over to the Templars and make his life worse.
