The City of Pasco sends out a citizen survey every year asking generally how people feel about living in the city. Even though the city council is proud of their city, and they've seen a lot of problems solved and huge improvement, the “overall image” of the city declines every year in the survey results.

The council believes perceptions are not matching realities. Perhaps it's just an image problem. We're in Pasco and we love Pasco. We're curious what residents think would help. What does Pasco need to do to improve its image?
