It appears that the cart was stolen from the Water 2 Wine Commissary Kitchen in Richland and owner Andrew Chilton says that the cart was locked and hitched onto their van.

The Cart Was Attached To The Doggie Style Gourmet

It really is bizarre and what could you possibly do with the cart if you had it?

I can't imagine rolling up to a pawn shop and trying to sell a logoed cart. It's got the logo all over the cart so it makes no sense to steal it.
