Wrong Way Driver on 395 Yesterday [VIDEO]

A confused elderly woman was seen driving 70 mph going the wrong way on highway 395 heading towards Pasco. According to news reports a person driving caught the incident on video and I put it below if you want to see it. Police followed her for miles before they could get her to pull over and said she might have dementia. No one was hurt thankfully and police say the driver was not charged with a crime.
