You’ll Flip When You See How Much Gas Tax We Pay
I recently blogged about Richland residents possibly paying $20 extra annually on car registration.
One reader pointed out that "at least it wasn't a gas tax." Good point. However, as it stands Washington state has the second highest gas tax in the country.
The highest? Pennsylvania.
In Washington, we average $2.90 a gallon in gas with about $0.68 being taxes.
