Buy Local? – Tri-Cities Needs to Sell Local!

I recently got back from Portland. I've always been a fan of supporting local businesses, but Portland changed me.

I can't help to be envious of Portland's local stores, filled with creativity and dreams.

Why don't we have that in Tri-Cities? How many food trucks and Mom and Pop diners do we need?
