Driver Worsens Their Suspended License Issue with Meth

The weekend went south for a unnamed 33-year-old suspect, after a Benton County Deputy recognized him and his vehicle tooling around Benton City Saturday morning.

The man was wanted on outstanding warrants and was known to have a suspended license. Benton County K-9 Sawyer was brought in and alerted (barked a warning) on the vehicle, and it was searched for drugs.

Deputies found meth along with drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle, so now the man is facing a list of additional charges.
