Drug Suspect Climbs Balcony, Steals Security Camera–That’s Methed Up!

A 36-year-old man is facing drug and theft charges after Kennewick Police and Benton County Sheriff's Deputies caught up with him.

Jose Villalpando is accused of climbing up onto the balcony of a closed business in Kennewick, and taking a security camera. A description of Villalpando was also given to Deputies, who were able to locate him around 1AM.

No word as to where the business is located, but when he was apprehended he had meth and related items on him. He's facing theft  and drug charges.
