The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has raised the fire danger for most of eastern and southeastern WA to high, which is in the middle of their threat chart.

As of Friday June 18th, the high classification went into effect. What does that mean for recreation? Not a huge change, but no permit or rule burns are allowed (those apply mainly to the agriculture and timber industry).
