Headbang for the Highway: The Official Battle for Mayhem Fest Coming to Ray’s Golden Lion in Richland

It would be a dream come true for an unsigned local band to perform on stage show with the likes of Rob Zombie, Five Finger Death Punch, or Machine Head. On Wednesday, May 15, eight bands from the Tri-Cities area will have the opportunity to perform and possibly win a slot on the upcoming Boise stop of the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival! Plus a representative from Sumerian Records will be on hand to judge the competition!

Each band will be given a 15 minute set and will have the opportunity to speak with Mayhem Fest and Sumerian Records representatives in between sets and during the band changeover. The official lineup and set times for 'Headbang for the Highway' are listed below:

Zero Velocity - 8:30 pm
Aphotic Fire - 9 pm
I Claim the Sun - 9:30 pm
Antidote to Life - 10 pm
Rise From the Fallen - 10:30 pm
Six Gun Quota - 11 pm
All Gussied Up - 11:30 pm
Lies Like Saints - 12:00 am

COME SUPPORT LOCAL MUSIC. Tickets are available from any of the bands listed above (click on their name for contact info) and are at a discount price of $12 if you purchase them in advance. $15 at the door. Music will kick off at 8:30 pm sharp. All ages.

Leading up to the show, tune into the X-Reactor at 11 pm each weeknight to hear some of these local bands thrown into the mix.
