Community Urged to Help Solve Connell Gas Mart Burglary

The Franklin County Sheriff's Office and the Connell Police Department are asking for the public's help to find the burglars who took merchandise from a local gas station.

This is the Second Burglary in the Connell Area in the Past Few Weeks.

Early Thursday morning, the Connell Police Department responded to a burglary in progress at the Connell Gas and Food Mart on Columbia Street.
According to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office:

A few individuals smashed the front glass door with a hammer, entered the store, and stole various vape and nicotine products. This marks the second burglary in Connell within the past few weeks, with the first occurring at the Dollar General.

After Connell Police arrived at the scene, Franklin County Sheriff's Deputies came on scene a short time later to assist in the investigation.

A Drone Was Deployed to Search the Surrounding Area.

While a thorough search of the area was conducted, NO suspects were located at the time.
