Spokane County Sheriff’s Department Pulls Body from Medical Lake
Spokane County Sheriff's Detectives are calling it an active investigation.
Body Pulled from Medical Lake Tuesday Afternoon
Around 2 PM Tuesday, July 14, the Spokane County Sheriff's Department was alerted about a body someone saw floating in Medical Lake.

Detectives, EMS and Water Rescue Teams responded and pulled the person from the lake. Their body is with the County Coroner, it is not known how long they've been there.
Very Little Information Released
The person's gender, age and condition were not released, however, one of the units involved in the investigation is the Department's Major Crimes Unit. The SCSO labeled it an "unattended death.'
