Who hasn’t bought an item from Walmart? The store has pros and cons, and people who love the supercenters REALLY love them. The same goes for the opposition. But if you’ve purchased anything from them, in-store or online, you could get a payday!

If you’ve visited and made a purchase from the discount department store in the past seven years (from October 19th, 2018, to January 19th, 2024), you could have been overcharged for your item.

According to the class-action settlement that was filed in Florida, items like meat, poultry, pork, seafood, citrus fruit, and other "weighted goods" may have been marked up in price.

If you feel you should be part of this 45-million-dollar settlement, you can submit your case on the settlement administrator’s website by June 5th, 2024. You will be asked to describe the year and types of items you purchased. If you have receipts for your purchases, that would be even better.
