Kennewick Man Tries the ‘Ol Hide-in-the-Attic-From-the-Cops Trick With Expected Results

Kennewick Police responded to a disturbance at an apartment in the 4100 block of West Albany Ave. A male and female could be heard fighting inside the apartment. When police came in, 25 year old Giovanny Cruz bolted for the attic. Cruz was found to have a warrant out for his arrest but there was no way he was coming down from the attic.Then the cops revealed a K9 was on the way to help him down. He then gave it up on the spot. He was  booked into the Benton County Jail on his warrant.
