Besides the locations listed on the KSD website (see button below for link), three new stops have been added/changed for the Grab and Go Breakfast and Lunch program.

Since the COVID school closure, Tri-City area schools have been providing free breakfast and lunch bags to students to pick up at various locations in their districts. These meals were already planned for and would have been served to students before school or during lunch as part of their school food programs.

The three 'new' modified pickup locations are now:

"Starting Monday, April 6, Kennewick School District is making the following changes to free meal distribution locations and bus routes:

  • CHANGE: Washington Elementary is now a bus drop-off site from 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

  • NEW BUS STOP: Layton Park, 12:05 to 12:30 p.m. (neighborhood school is Eastgate Elementary)

  • NEW BUS STOP: 812 Klamath, 11 to 11:20 a.m. (neighborhood school is Amistad Elementary)"
