Everybody reheats pizza in the microwave. It makes it soggy and sometimes rubbery. So food snobs put it in the oven -- but that dries it out. I have discovered the best method by far -- it even makes the pizza taste BETTER!

Here's the secret: in a pan on the stove. I'm serious.

Put it on simmer -- the lowest setting (otherwise you'll burn it), put a lid on it, and leave it on there until the cheese melts. The lid is the key.

It actually makes the pizza better. It adds a little crisp on the bottom. I just can't explain it. It changes the flavor of the pizza.
