Man Steals Girl's Bike and Video Shows Him Car Prowling

West Richland Police have a piece of advice for thieves. Especially, if the thief has a 72-hour hold for robbery.

Don’t steal a little girl's bright pink bike and ride it to your house.

West Richland Police received a call Saturday just before 2 am of a stolen bicycle in the area of Titan Avenue.

After investigation, the bike was located on Haag Street. The male suspect was also found in the driveway where the bike was.

One resident believes he caught the suspect on video in a possible car prowl.

Police took the man into custody on a Felony DOC warrant for Robbery 1st Degree. He was booked into the Benton County Jail.
