I don't make the laws and neither does the Walla Walla County Sheriff's Office. They only enforce them. However, they want you to know that a violent sex predator has just been released.
So that I can also follow the law, I will tell you that this post is not designed to harass this individual, but only to make you aware of his release. That being said, let's get back to the law. How in the world can lawmakers sit at their high podiums and tell the world that it's okay to release someone who has raped a four-year-old girl? And can't they see the pattern that happens over and over? That is...offend, serve time, release, repeat. In my opinion, anyone who has been convicted of a sex crime, no matter how minor, should never be released from prison. The sad part is, if you'll read the entire post below from the Walla Walla County Sheriff's Office, that he was originally given life without the possibility of parole. But then they changed it. So now he's living amongst you.

It seems they only put someone away for good once they've murdered...and not always even then! But raping children and destroying lives is somehow a releasable offense. Where is the common sense in any of this?
