Metallica’s Rock AM Ring Gig To Stream Live
This weekend is the annual Rock AM Ring Festival in Nurburgring, Germany, with Metallica headlining on Saturday, June 2. They’ll will be performing their 1991 self-titled album, known as ‘The Black Album,’ in its entirety, and you’ll be able to watch it from the comfort of your own home, thanks to a free live stream.
‘The Black Album’ has sold more than 28 million copies worldwide in the 20 years since its release. It includes iconic Metallica tracks such as ‘Enter Sandman,’ ‘Sad But True,’ ‘Nothing Else Matters’ and ‘The Unforgiven.’ The live concert stream will start at 3PM ET on Saturday, June 2, at this location.
Metallica will also be performing ‘The Black Album’ along with ‘Ride The Lightning’ at their inaugural Orion Music + More Festival in Atlantic City, N.J., on June 23 & 24. Metallica will be headlining both nights of the festival, which includes an eclectic lineup of metal and non-metal bands. There will also be a horror exhibit hosted by Kirk Hammett, a custom car + motorcycle show and other events.
After Orion Music + More, Metallica head to Mexico City for a number of shows in late July and early August along with some shows in Canada.
