Using a mix of statistics involving property and violent crime, Safewise has published their list of the safest cities in each state, including WA.

Safeline is an online resource that offers "safety solutions, information, and recommendations for your home and community," according to their website.

This year West Richland came in at #2 in WA state's safest cities, Grandview at #7.  Number one was the little down of Snohomish (population just over 13,000). Although the study was completed well before the events enfolded from the George Floyd issue, Snohomish is the place where last Sunday, hundreds of armed citizens responded to an an online threat of rioters 'visiting' the scenic famous town by arming themselves and standing guard.

West Richland Police noted this achievement on their Facebook page.
