Neck & Face Tattoos — How High Would YOU Be Willing to Go? [SURVEY]

Everyone's talking about the distracting face & neck tattoos of two criminals this week. The first is the Kansas man with "murder" tattooed on his neck who wants it removed before it negatively influences a jury (ya think?). The second is a Houston man with tattoos all over his forehead who walked up to a three year old in an apartment complex and stabbed him (the kid is OK).
