In the last day, a whopping 136 Benton County confirmed COVID-19 cases have been reported by the Benton Franklin Health District, with the remaining 48 cases of the daily total coming from Franklin County, one Franklin County man in his 80's, with underlying health conditions passed away from coronavirus.

2623, 2553, are the numbers of total confirmed COVID-19 cases in Benton and Franklin Counties, respectively.

90, 32, are the confirmed numbers of deaths due to COVID-19 in Benton and Franklin Counties, respectively.

In the last day, 458 residents of Benton County were tested bringing that total number to 15,231. Franklin County processed 213 tests over the last 24 hours, for a total of 9165.

There have been 5176 total cases in both Benton and Franklin counties with 122 fatalities, or about .0235% of the total coronavirus cases being deadly.

The latest Heat Map index at the mid point in July shows Richland is relatively nil with cases compared to Kennewick and Pasco.

Dr. Robert Redfield, the director of the CDC, says America could END THE PANDEMIC here in four to six weeks. Quote, "If all of us would put on a face covering now for the next four weeks, six weeks, we could drive this epidemic to the ground."
