Pasco Police Pursue 16-Year Old Car Thief [VIDEO]

Pasco Police in hot pursuit of a 16-year old car thief who seized the opportunity of finding a running car left unattended taking it for a joy ride.

This is edited video from Tuesday morning's pursuit and eventual end of the stolen Accord's romp. This is edited and cropped so that the 16-year old's face is not visible. The case is PP17-20713 Eluding.
