Serial Coffee Shop Flasher Wanted in Kennewick

A man driving a early 2000's white Cadillac sedan is wanted by Kennewick Police.

KPD needs help identifying the man, as he flashed and dashed. He is accused of exposing himself to baristas at at least two coffee shops - one of them being a Roasters.

The incidents occurred on March 3 at 2:00 AM and again at 6:35 PM.
